Mathematics Lab

TO develop effective mathematical teaching the selection of instructional resources played a vital role to meet the needs of students and as well as faculty. It is important that mathematics teachers must learn to teach mathematics to both special needs and general learners. As we know modern education based on various technology and different resources which are most important to make the learning design, to construct the new knowledge and to increase the self concept level as well as pedagogical analysis in both the faculty and students.

For that purpose our college provided various resources. We have the innovative approaches for the knowledge empowerment of the students. For that we have well equipped laboratory which is full of learning materials in mathematics. We also encourage them for activity based learning strategies for concept formation, structuring learning activities using manipulative, story problems, games, outdoor activities and real life situation.

Like this way we also motivate the students for power point presentation, wisely process based lesson planning, preparation and demonstration of TLM for constructive classroom.

We also motivate them to make sense of a new curriculum, how they choose and use instructional materials to teach a new curriculum, with implications for preserve and in-service  education.

Not only that we also insist the students to use the geometrical instruments, graph chart, to use C.D (TLM), to prepare the C.D for future use. We also encourage the students to use the text books, reference book, different mathematics journal and interest for their above all knowledge development.

Along with these we also send the students for internship in different school for aquiring the practical knowledge which is necessary for their future profession. Though we have some insufficiency inspite of that we have to implement the new approaches for the development of faculty and students.
