SPORTS LAB
Sports training aims at improving the performance of sports persons. The sports performance depends on several factors. The performance of a sports persons primarily depends on his performance capacity which is a complex of five groups of factors. All these factors therefore, are the principal aims of sports training. The constitution or physique is almost completely genetically determined and hence cannot be improved by training. But the other four group’s factors are trainable to a greater or a lesser extent. These four therefor are generally considered to be the aims of sports training.
I emphasis on basic composition of physical fitness such as strength, speed endurance, flexibility, agility etc.
I tried to teach my students the golden rules of sports training and how to improved our physical fitness. I have used some equipment’s such as switch mat for enhance speed, treadmill and stopwatch watch develop endurance, squat thrust and zigzag run test used for develop agility and yoga exercise enhanced students physical fitness. In this way i try to improve the physical fitness of my students and pay their basic needs.

Bio -Mechanics is the science that examines the internal and external forces acting on a human body and effects produced by these forces. It is concerned with the forces which acts on a human body. As a physical education teacher or coach I am concerned with forces and effects. I try to teach
my students the basic technique of sports or physical activity depends very largely on there appreciation of both the effects. Bio-Mechanics determine how to the parts of body moved during the performance of motor skill.
I have used some Bio-Mechanic tools such as 1)Weight machine (Use for measuring weight),2) Studio meter (Use for measuring high),3) Grip dynamo meter (Use for measuring grip strength),4) Back dynamo meter and leg dynamo meter for measuring leg strength.This way i helps my students and faculty to using sports bio-mechanics.
